Job summary

Citi in New York seeks a senior Cash Management Sales professional to structure tailored client solutions, align with operating models and liquidity needs.

You will pursue new opportunities, balance risk and opportunity, advise relationship managers and clients on treasury strategy, and lead strategic initiatives within the Financial Institutions Group. This role offers a hybrid work model and access to Citi's global network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in cash management, treasury sales, or transaction banking.
• Ability to build and sustain senior client relationships with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
• Track record of structuring and closing complex deals balancing client value with risk.
• Clear and persuasive communicator across functions and seniority levels.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations relevant to treasury and financial institutions business.
• Minimum of 6-10 years commercial banking experience; undergraduate business degree.

• Structure and deliver tailored solutions aligned with client operating models, liquidity needs, and broader cash management.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities aligned with Citi's cash management value proposition.
• Design and structure innovative cash management solutions balancing opportunity with risk.
• Act as strategic advisor to relationship managers and clients on treasury and cash management strategy.
• Execute on key strategic initiatives within the Financial Institutions Group, translating business priorities into client-facing outcomes.
• Share expertise with peers and junior colleagues, contributing to a high-performing, knowledgeable sales team.
• Ensure all client activity and business decisions meet regulatory requirements and Citi's policies.
