Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara seeks a Senior Treasury Accountant, Automation and Operations, to build automation across treasury close with AI, Python, and SQL. You’ll work with Treasury and IT to map data from source systems into SAP and data lake, ensuring accurate close.

The role covers month- and quarter-end tasks, SOX controls, and collaboration on investments, derivatives, and debt programs. You’ll lead automation efforts, document requirements, and review outputs as the human in the loop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Working command of US GAAP for Treasury activities – ASC 320, 321, 470, 815, and 830.
• Proven record of automating finance or accounting processes and implementing AI tools in a SOX-compliant environment.
• Proactive program management and ability to standardize global processes.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with strong partner management.
• Comfort with ambiguity and delivering in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Automate Treasury close processes using AI tools with human review.
• Map data from source systems into SAP and the data lake; document requirements and build test plans.
• Own month-end and quarter-end close tasks for Treasury Accounting; coordinate with third-party service providers.
• Assist with Investment Company Act analysis and continuous compliance testing.
• Collaborate in real time with Treasury on new investments, structures, and programs.
• Strengthen SOX controls and build auditable, version-controlled automated workflows.
