The role emphasizes SOX controls, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or large multinational company.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP for Treasury activities - ASC 320, 321, 470, 815, 830.
• Proven track record automating finance/accounting processes and implementing AI tools in a SOX-compliant environment.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver automation across the Treasury close using AI and modern data platforms.
• Document requirements, map data from source systems into SAP/data lake, build test plans, provide cutover support.
• Own month-end and quarter-end close tasks for Treasury Accounting.
• Collaborate with third-party service providers on investments, derivatives, hedge accounting, and debt issuances.
• Assist with Investment Company Act analysis and continuous compliance monitoring.
