NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant in Santa Clara to join the Revenue Accounting team. You will collaborate across FP&A, Business Operations, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure accurate revenue accounting and timely close.

You will analyze orders, invoices, and revenue recognition to support leadership decisions. The role emphasizes ERP systems, data integrity, and process improvement using AI and analytics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of public accounting and/or revenue accounting experience at a large public company.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• Hands-on SAP experience including SD, FI, and/or RAR modules; familiarity with billing T-code preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA testing (UAT, regression, or cutoff).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely month-end and quarter-end close activities, incl. journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Oversee system billing activity and validate revenue transactions for SOX compliance.
• Review custom engineering services arrangements and issue milestone-based invoices with account managers.
• Validate part number setups for new product introductions and changes.
• Support accounting IT projects, ERP upgrades, and system implementations.
• Leverage AI and data analytics to automate processes and detect anomalies.
• Assist auditors with schedules, documentation, and explanations for revenue accounting.
• Stay updated on ASC 606, ASC 450, and emerging technologies affecting accounting.
