Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to strengthen ICFR and lead SOX 404 activities. You will collaborate with IT and finance teams to design and test controls, develop narratives and flowcharts, and drive improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in SOX/internal audit, with GAAP/COSO knowledge, and strong communication. Base salary is competitive with equity and benefits, with a California focus and onsite work at Santa Clara.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or Master’s degree or equivalent experience, or CPA/CIA/CISA preferred.
• 5+ years in Big 4 and/or large public company environments with hands-on SOX and internal audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, COSO, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and implement the end-to-end SOX 404 lifecycle, including walkthroughs, risk-control matrices, testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, and reporting.
• Partner with process owners to assess risks in new and changing business processes, identify the key IT controls, and build out narrative, flowchart and control description.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation by seeking opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate controls, reducing operational friction while maintaining control effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and training to control owners to promote awareness and understanding of SOX compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, and ensure a seamless, efficient audit process.
• Coach testers, apply AI tools, perform detailed review of control testing and provide guidance and feedback to ensure quality.
• Participate in operational audits and projects as required.
