Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior Revenue Accountant for the Revenue Accounting organization based in Santa Clara. You will partner with FP&A, Business Operations, Sales Operations and IT to ensure accurate accounting for rebates and customer incentives, and provide insights to senior leadership for strategic decision making.

You will leverage AI/data analytics to automate processes, perform reserve calculations, and support month-end/quarter-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of public accounting and/or revenue accounting experience at a large public company.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue from Contracts with Customers.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• CPA is preferred.
• SAP (SD, FI, and RAR modules) and Vistex experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Track, model, and forecast rebate/customer incentive programs including accruals, releases and settlements.
• Leverage AI and data analytics to automate processes and detect anomalies.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Business Operations and Sales Operations to manage incentive programs.
• Perform sales reserves calculations including RMA and stock rotation reserves.
• Ensure timely month-end and quarter-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Support IT projects for system design, testing and enhancements.
• Assist auditors with schedules and documentation related to revenue accounting.
• Support ad hoc projects for the Revenue Accounting team.
• Stay current on ASC 606, ASC 450 and emerging technologies.
