Zusammenfassung

Mission Lane LLC is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to own daily cash management and liquidity operations across Mission Lane LLC and Mission Lane Bank. You will monitor cash, forecast liquidity, design treasury processes, and support ALCO reporting in a regulated fintech environment.

You’ll work with Accounting, FP&A, Risk and Compliance, travel up to four times a year, and leverage AI tools to automate workflows. A remote-first role with US travel flexibility awaits the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years in Treasury, Finance, Accounting or similar analytical role in banking/fintech.
• Advanced Excel; SQL and Python foundational knowledge encouraged.
• Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity and core financial principles.
• Independent, with strong prioritization and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to four times per year.

Aufgaben

• Monitor daily cash positions and process wires and ACH payments.
• Forecast cash flow and liquidity for Mission Lane LLC and Mission Lane Bank.
• Design treasury processes and intraday cash management.
• Determine bank funding needs and settle through deposits.
• Support liquidity risk management and ALCO reporting.
• Assist asset/liability management and IRR reporting.
• Reconcile bank accounts and support intercompany settlements.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Support controls, compliance, and auditor requests.
