Position Overview

Under limited supervision support all treasury activities, including cash management, capital markets, and credit facility financial modeling and reporting. Responsible providing analytical support for key Corporate Treasury decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Capital Markets and Credit Facility - Responsible for capital markets modeling and credit facility reporting and analysis, as directed by the Corporate Treasurer.
  • Reviews daily cash position for accuracy and provides support and guidance to peers as needed. Ensures cash positions and forecasts are completed daily and distributed to Corporate Treasurer and management team, as directed.
  • Liaises with cash management financial institutions. Resolves banking related issues that originate at the company. Participates in meetings to cultivate relationships between the company and financial institutions.
  • Responsible for metrics associated with credit card processing, payroll direct deposit participation, gross bank fees, foreign currency hedge reporting, Treasury savings summary and company dashboard reports of Treasury Operations-related activity.
  • Responsible for all credit card related issues for the company. Serves as the primary contact for merchant card processor relationships (e.g., Paymentech, American Express, Discover Card) including PCI compliance enterprise wide.
  • Leads and / or participates in corporate special projects to develop or improve areas of cash management.
  • Manages and reviews monthly bank account analysis statements and foreign currency exposure, as appropriate.
  • Maintains the authorized users and authority levels associated with all online banking systems. Serves as the security administrator for all online banking products.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance required
  • MBA and CTP certification preferred
  • 5+ years of banking and / or treasury experience required. Other financial experience with a large multi-location company considered.
  • Experience calculating company daily cash position and reviewing monthly account analyses preferred
  • Experience in a large multi-location company preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of banking and treasury principles and practices
  • Familiarity with electronic payment methods and various alternatives for collecting and disbursing cash
  • Quantitative analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay Ranges

65,979.00 - $109,965.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical / Dental / Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
