Job Summary:
The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for assisting the Treasury team in all cash management activities.
Job Duties:
- Maintains the bank account/cash management infrastructure
- Manages daily cash management including prior day and current day reporting
- Processes and approves wires
- Makes recommendations for short-term investment portfolio
- Performs cash flow forecasting
- Monitors foreign exchange (FX) rate exposure and executes derivative contracts as needed
- Monitors SWAP interest rates
- Supervises Letter of Credit production
- Assists in managing process of corporate insurance liability coverages
- Assists in administering Corporate T&E card program
- Other duties as required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree, required; focus in Accounting or Finance, preferred
Experience:
- Four (4) or more years of experience in Treasury role, required
License/Certifications:
Software:
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
- Advanced experience with Excel, preferred
Language:
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels
- Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects / tasks with an attention to detail
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
- Proficient in utilization of data entry skills and Microsoft Excel
- Possesses superior customer service skills
- Capable of developing and maintaining relationships with external vendor contacts
- Solid decision making skills
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $84,000 - $100,000
Maryland Range: $84,000 - $100,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $84,000 - $100,000
