Job summary

The Ravin Group seeks a Multifamily Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up, stick-framed multifamily projects in Ohio and Indiana. You will oversee all phases from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership teams.

Strong reading of blueprints, scheduling and budgeting skills are essential. This role requires 100% travel and a on-the-road work location with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction.
• Proven supervision of stick-framed, slab-on-grade developments.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications and construction documents.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and field operations knowledge.
• Willingness to travel 100% and work on-site/on the road.
• Experience with Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through completion.
• Review project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and ownership teams.
• Develop and enforce project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor quality control and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate inspections with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Manage project budgets, job costs and field productivity.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and leadership.
• Identify and resolve field issues and schedule impacts.
