The Ravin Group seeks a Multifamily Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up, stick-framed multifamily projects in Ohio and Indiana. You will oversee all phases from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership teams.

Strong reading of blueprints, scheduling and budgeting skills are essential. This role requires 100% travel and a on-the-road work location with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction.
• Proven supervision of stick-framed, slab-on-grade developments.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications and construction documents.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and field operations knowledge.
• Willingness to travel 100% and work on-site/on the road.
• Experience with Procore is a plus.

Multifamily Traveling Superintendent

A Central Indiana-based multifamily builder is seeking a Traveling Superintendent with 10+ years of experience managing ground-up, stick-framed, slab-on-grade multifamily construction projects in Ohio and Indiana.

Multifamily Traveling Superintendent Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership teams to ensure successful project execution
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules and timelines
• Monitor quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards
• Coordinate inspections with local municipalities and regulatory agencies
• Manage project budgets, job costs, and field productivity
• Provide regular project updates to clients and company leadership
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts in a timely manner
• Maintain and enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance

Multifamily Traveling Superintendent Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with ground-up, multi-story multifamily construction projects
• Proven experience as a Superintendent for stick-framed, slab-on-grade multifamily developments
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and field operations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Familiarity with construction estimating, scheduling, and budgeting processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing subcontractors and field personnel
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced construction environments
• Experience with Procore is a plus
