Southland Industries seeks a seasoned project leader to drive multi-million dollar MEP projects from planning through delivery. You will develop strategies, manage budgets and schedules, and foster strong client relationships across internal teams.

The role emphasizes mentoring Project Managers and Engineers, leveraging HVAC and design‑build expertise to ensure successful outcomes for complex, large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management plus 15+ years of experience managing mid to large size MEP projects.
• Experience on large/complex projects with process piping.
• Extensive experience managing HVAC construction projects and understanding project financials & schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet project delivery and financial targets.
• Measure, report, and optimize progress to stay on track.
• Develop client relationships and provide status updates to clients and leadership.
• Manage budgets, cost and revenue projections, change orders, and project financials.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal departments.
