Job summary

INDH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up construction projects across the Northeastern United States. The role involves full ownership of budgets, schedules, contracts, and coordinating between clients, field teams, and subcontractors.

Travel will be a core element, operating on a 10-on / 4-off rotation. The position offers a base salary with travel compensation, 401(k), comprehensive benefits, and ongoing career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• 5+ years managing construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong ground-up general contracting experience.
• Experience with warehouses, distribution facilities, large-format retail or similar commercial projects highly preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects, clients, subcontractors, budgets and schedules.
• Comfortable traveling on a 10-on / 4-off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Manage large ground-up commercial, warehouse, distribution and big-box retail projects.
• Take full ownership of budget, schedule, contracts and overall project delivery.
• Act as the key point of contact between the client, superintendent, subcontractors and consultants.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, change orders and project financials.
• Work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to specification.
• Join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the U.S.
