Job summary

Southeast General Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee ground-up construction and renovations for banking facilities across the southeastern United States.

The role reports to the Director of Construction and manages projects from permitting through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate subcontractors, staff and vendors, ensure quality, control costs, and maintain schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple construction projects and professional staff.
• Proficient with construction documents, the Building Code, and ADA requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PROCORE.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings; discuss bid status, present proposals, negotiate bids and solve issues.
• Ensure quality control meets company standards and that projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, office staff and vendors to ensure project completion and provide status reports.
