Job summary

INDH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up construction projects across the Northeastern United States. The role involves full ownership of budgets, schedules, contracts, and coordinating between clients, field teams, and subcontractors.

Travel will be a core element, operating on a 10-on / 4-off rotation. The position offers a base salary with travel compensation, 401(k), comprehensive benefits, and ongoing career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• 5+ years managing construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong ground-up general contracting experience.
• Experience with warehouses, distribution facilities, large-format retail or similar commercial projects highly preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects, clients, subcontractors, budgets and schedules.
• Comfortable traveling on a 10-on / 4-off rotation.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of large-scale ground-up construction projects from start to finish?

I’m working with a well-established and growing commercial contractor that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its U.S. team. This is a travel-based position managing projects primarily throughout the Northeastern United States, with a structured 10 days on / 4 days off rotation.

The company operates across the U.S. and Canada and combines the capabilities and project pipeline of a larger contractor with the autonomy and close-knit environment of a smaller organization.
