Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior-level professional to oversee and direct preconstruction, engineering and field installation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a traveling, full-time Advanced Technology project portfolio including data centers. The role reports to the Project Manager and Project Executive, with LEED preference and strong communication skills needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience in MEP design and field installation.
• Ability to identify design features that affect cost and propose alternatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of scheduling software.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct preconstruction, engineering and field installation of all MEP systems.
• Lead, supervise and develop Turner MEP staff and coordinate with engineers and subs.
• Oversee daily activities of Engineer-MEP, Superintendent-MEP and subordinates.
• Manage MEP procurement, project budgets, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning and close-out processes.
