The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience managing MEP systems. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. The role involves significant travel and offers an annual salary range of $170,000 - $250,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
