Qualifications

• Expertise in contract management and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent commercial or industrial electrical projects within the metropolitan area.
• Foster long-term relationships with local general contractors and developers.
• Manage labor resources and manpower leveling across the local portfolio.
• Lead specialized industrial or infrastructure projects in various regions.
• Navigate site housing, travel logistics, and per diem for project teams.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
