You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience managing electrical projects over $10,000,000.
• Expertise in contract management and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent commercial or industrial projects within the San Franciso metropolitan area.
• Lead specialized industrial or infrastructure projects in various regions.
• Foster long-term relationships with local general contractors and developers.
• Manage labor resources and manpower leveling across the local portfolio.
• Navigate regulatory and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements specific to high-scale job sites.
