The role emphasizes mentoring teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering results across a national portfolio with travel and relocation support where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience with large-scale projects.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and execution of flagship construction projects.
• Manage high-level project finances, including risk assessment and mitigation.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to foster growth.
• Act as executive liaison for high-profile clients and institutional partners.
