The ideal candidate has a track record of managing large-scale nationwide projects, willingness to travel up to 75%, and strong leadership to build high-performing teams across diverse geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive history of managing large-scale electrical projects on a national scale.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time across different states.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid mobilization and strategic execution of remote electrical construction projects nationwide.
• Manage complex logistics and labor relations; ensure compliance with Electrical Code and local laws.
• Oversee singular, massive-scale projects ($75M–$200M+) requiring specialized technical expertise.
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction and Estimating to allocate resources for new markets.
• Maintain executive presence on job sites to drive safety and efficiency.
