Job summary

B&B Concrete seeks a Concrete Superintendent to plan and oversee all concrete operations on our commercial/industrial projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence. The role requires coordinating with operations managers and project management, supervising field crews on site, and maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in concrete construction, tilt-up experience, ability to manage multiple crews, and willingness to travel or relocate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction on projects of 2+ million
• Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent is a must
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule
• Able to maintain positive relationships with management, owners, trades and subcontractors
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of Safety First philosophy and practice

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations
• Daily communications with Project Management to ensure project execution
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes
• Ensure budget adherence for manpower and material expenditures
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance
• Coordinate with other subcontractors for planning and harmony
• Maintain quality and budget in concrete construction
• Track and report project progress daily/weekly
• Capture/report time for field manpower
• Monitor productivity and identify delays, providing solutions
