B&B Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead on-site concrete operations across commercial/industrial projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate schedules with operations, and ensure adherence to budget, safety, and quality standards to deliver projects on time.

This role requires extensive hands-on supervision, strong communication with project teams, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction.
• Experience as a Concrete Superintendent is required.
• Able to supervise and coordinate multiple on-site teams within budget and schedule.
• Excellent communication and safety-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel/relocate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate concrete schedules/operations with Operations managers.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence for manpower and materials.
• Organize and schedule field labor.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors for planning and harmony.
• Track and report project progress daily/weekly.
• Monitor productivity and resolve delays.
