The Global Stock & Employment / Mobility Tax team supports accurate, compliant, and scalable tax operations across equity compensation, payroll, employment tax, and global mobility programs. In this role, you will partner across HR, Payroll, Finance & Accounting, Corporate Tax, Legal, Stock Administration, Mobility & Immigration, and external providers to deliver seamless experiences for employees and stakeholders worldwide.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Business, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience. 6–8 or more years of progressive experience in employment tax, global mobility tax, equity compensation, payroll tax, or a related discipline within an international environment. Experience with global equity compensation programs, including RSUs, stock options, ESPP, payroll reporting, and trailing equity taxation. Experience managing cross-border tax matters, payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, audits, year-end reporting, compensation data, and tax clearance activities. Working knowledge of income tax treaties, certificates of coverage, social security agreements, shadow payroll, foreign tax relief, and gross-ups. Proficiency with Workday, equity administration systems, mobility platforms, global payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel functions such as lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and reconciliations. Proficient verbal and written communication, research, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and make sound recommendations with limited supervision.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
