Responsibilities

• Analyze complex program operations, identify systemic deficiencies, evaluate travel program effectiveness, interpret regulations, resolve unusual travel issues, analyze passport/visa risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate travel program effectiveness, monitor expenditures and obligations, establish performance measures, assess training effectiveness, and oversee administrative IT projects.
• Interpret FTR and agency policies, advise on travel authorizations and vouchers, provide passport and visa guidance, and recommend policy and internal-control improvements.
• Oversees travel program operations, identifies emerging issues and opportunities for improvement, and develops recommendations to enhance the safety, reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of local, domestic and international travel.
