Job summary
US Federal Solutions is seeking a Senior Federal Travel Systems Analyst to support EXIM in implementing and operating the GO.gov travel system. The role combines functional travel expertise with technical troubleshooting and strong stakeholder coordination.
The ideal candidate will lead system testing, training, and change management, ensuring smooth migration from Concur to GO.gov while maintaining compliance with federal travel policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
- 5+ years in federal travel operations or related programs.
- Experience with GO.gov, Concur, E2 Solutions or similar systems.
- Knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and related policies.
- Experience with SIT/UAT, testing, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary GO.gov travel system support contact.
- Troubleshoot travel orders, vouchers, user profiles, routing configurations, and workflows.
- Coordinate with GSA, IBM, EXIM for implementation milestones.
- Participate in SIT and UAT with test plans and acceptance criteria.
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and user guides for end users.
- Maintain system configuration documentation and support updates.
- Coordinate integration testing between GO.gov and EXIM financial systems.
