Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist III for the Killeen, TX territory. Work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends.

Travel within the territory to collect samples at Patient Service Centers and client offices, maintaining high accuracy and patient identification standards. You will perform venipuncture and capillary draws, ensure proper labeling and data entry, and uphold Quest 5Cs: Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws, handling difficult collections with accuracy.
• Provide professional, courteous patient service and accurate data entry for registration and billing.
• Travel across PSCs and IOPs within the territory; support office operations and compliance; mentor staff as needed.
