Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Analyst, Travel & Expense, to manage controls, audits, and executive reporting across Navan, Brex, and Workday. You will design processes, partner with Tax and Global Mobility, and build dashboards for leadership while enabling scalable, compliant T&E in a fast-growing AI company.

Reporting to the Head of Travel & Expense in Finance Operations, you will interact with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Security to ensure accuracy and compliance in a global

Qualifications

• 7+ years in travel and expense, corporate accounting, internal audit, or finance operations.
• Hands-on SOX or internal- controls experience with auditors.
• Deep understanding of GL coding, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments and per diem/VAT rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day T&E controls and coordinate with auditors.
• Maintain narratives and risk/control matrices; ensure proper coding and reconciliations.
• Design and run a risk-based T&E audit program with dashboards.
• Support international expansion controls and intercompany cost handling.
• Automate reporting and leverage AI tools to improve processes.
