Job summary

ICS in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage daily transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. You will schedule rides, coordinate volunteer drivers, maintain records, and ensure service quality.

This in-office role reports to the Senior Services Manager and supervises transportation volunteers. The position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors and disabled adults.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license or able to obtain one; clean record.
• Background check and Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and shopping services, including ride scheduling and ride matching.
• Maintain client records and services in CaseWorthy.
• Assist with program evaluations and participant satisfaction initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for Transportation participants and volunteers.
• Train and supervise volunteer drivers and office volunteers; ensure compliance with policies and grants.
• Coordinate ICS EV vehicles – training, maintenance, inspections, and charging.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly program reports and maintain documentation.
• Develop, maintain, and update Transportation procedures and training materials.
