Job summary

Interfaith Community Services in Tucson, AZ seeks a Mobile Meals Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations of the Mobile Meals Program, coordinate routes, manage meal orders, and support volunteers.

Under the Senior Services Manager, you will maintain client records, assist with evaluations, trainings, and reports, and ensure compassionate service to seniors and disabled adults. This is an in-office, full-time position based in Northwest Tucson.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass a background check and obtain Level One fingerprint clearance.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the Mobile Meals Program, including route assignments, meal orders, and volunteer scheduler.
• Maintain client records accurately in CaseWorthy and ServTracker.
• Assist with program evaluations, surveys, and participant satisfaction initiatives.
• Design and conduct periodic training sessions for volunteers on procedures and requirements.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly program reports and maintain documentation.
• Develop and update Mobile Meals procedures and training materials for staff and volunteers.
• Manage volunteer mileage reimbursement and assist with payment-related issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with meal facilities and community partners.

Under the general direction of the Senior Services Manager, the Mobile Meals Coordinator will facilitate the mobile meals program for Interfaith Community Services. This position offers support and assistance with the general operations of the ICS Mobile Meals program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Meals Programs including route assignments, meal order, sync units to the Mobile app, send the delivery rosters and serve as a substitute driver when needed
• Maintain client records and services accurate in CaseWorthy and ServTracker
• Assist with program evaluations, surveys, and participant satisfaction initiatives
• Design and conduct periodic training sessions to keep Mobile Meals volunteers informed of best practices, operational procedures, and program requirements
• Assist with monthly and quarterly program reports and maintain accurate program documentation
• Develop, maintain, and update Mobile Meals procedures and training materials for staff and volunteers
• Manage volunteer mileage reimbursement and assist volunteers and Accounting with payment-related issues
• Maintain positive relationships and regular communication with meal facilities

Additional Duties

• Support other Senior Services programs as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and current auto insurance
• Must pass a background check
• Must obtain and maintain a Level One fingerprint clearance card

Reports to: Senior Services Manager

Supervises: Mobile Meals Volunteers

Work Schedule: Full time (Monday through Friday), 40 hours per week- Occasional evening/weekend hours.
