Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; commensurate experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 15+ years of transportation experience.
- Strong knowledge of transportation design standards, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.
- Experience supporting major transportation infrastructure projects and programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical authority for transportation planning, design, and project delivery.
- Mentor and support engineers, planners, and project teams on best practices and technical approaches.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, business development efforts, and client relationship management.
- Provide technical review and oversight for transportation studies, designs, plans, and specifications.
- Support pursuit activities, proposals, and client presentations with specialized transportation expertise.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
