Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible transportation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation design standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for transportation planning, design, and project delivery.
• Mentor and support engineers, planners, and project teams on best practices.
• Provide technical review for transportation studies, designs, plans, and specifications.
• Support pursuit activities, proposals, and client presentations with specialized transportation expertise.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
