Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our senior residents. You will operate under a schedule, assist riders on and off, and ensure comfort and safety during every trip.

This full-time role requires a chauffeur's license, a clean driving record, and a compassionate approach. You will work Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, with every other weekend, and earn $15 per hour plus daily pay and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate care for seniors; ideal candidate will enjoy helping and working with the senior population.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with local area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus using safe methods.
• Complete bus trip log and required route in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the bus.
• Fill out daily inspection log at the start of each trip.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance.
