Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related degree.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license for Pennsylvania.
• At least eight years of experience managing engineering projects, with transportation engineering assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation projects within HRG's Transportation Service Group.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to drive project delivery from concept to completion.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
• Present project plans and progress to stakeholders and clients.
