Consor is seeking a Transportation Project Manager in Tennessee to lead roadway projects from concept through construction. You will manage a team of engineers and designers, ensuring efficient plan preparation for roadway, highway, and civil improvements for state and local agencies.

The role requires 8 years in transportation PM, proficiency with OpenRoads and MicroStation, and strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, planning, sciences, or a closely related field.
• 8 years of experience in transportation project management.
• Proven track record of managing complex roadway/highway projects.
• Familiar with OpenRoads and MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and manage transportation projects across the region.
• Provide client service with quality management and production oversight of plans and analyses.
• Prepare scope, schedule, and budgets for projects and task orders.
• Develop and present complex technical solutions to clients with innovative problem-solving.
• Oversee planning and design for roadway, bridge and traffic projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Assist in business development and proposals with municipal, state, and private clients.
