Job summary

Hoyle Tanner is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Ground Transportation Division to lead transportation engineering projects from inception to completion in Chelmsford, MA. You will develop project plans, schedules, budgets and mentor project teams, while pursuing opportunities for additional work and ensuring client satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of transportation engineering leadership experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor resources to complete projects within contract, scope, budget and schedule; use Deltek and other tools.
• Lead and assemble a qualified project team to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Provide superior client service by addressing needs and concerns.
• Provide technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Achieve strong financial performance for Hoyle Tanner.
• Maintain team engagement and coordinate with subconsultants.
• Resolve personnel conflicts with supervisors.
• Pursue potential projects and develop technical and price proposals.
• Promptly invoice for services and manage A/R.
• Monitor quality and develop a quality management plan.
