Job summary

Hoyle Tanner & Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager in our Ground Transportation Division to lead projects from inception to completion. You will mentor staff, help secure additional work, and develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while guiding client relationships and technical direction.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree (preferred).
• PE License in one or more New England States.
• 15+ years of increasing engineering or planning and leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager.
• Strong communication skills, an acute understanding of project finances, scheduling, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor and manage resources to complete projects on time and within budget using Deltek and other tools.
• Lead and assemble a qualified project team for complex deliverables.
• Provide superior client service and guidance to team members.
