Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major transportation infrastructure projects for NJDOT and public-sector clients in New Jersey. The role requires a licensed PE and a track record of managing complex projects from planning through closeout.

The candidate will guide multidisciplinary teams, oversee design and submission processes, and act as the primary client contact across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• PE license in New Jersey
• 15+ years of progressive transportation engineering and project management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Successful management of a NJDOT project through construction

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex transportation infrastructure projects from Preliminary Engineering through Construction Completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, subconsultants, and technical specialists.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of design documents, engineering reports, and project submissions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
