Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer license in New Jersey (PE).
• 15+ years of progressive transportation engineering and project management experience.
• Proven experience managing major transportation projects for NJDOT or similar agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex transportation projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, subconsultants, and specialists.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support regulatory compliance and environmental documentation.
