Job summary

Impact Recruitment is partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary engineering firm seeking a Transportation Project Manager to lead transportation design projects across Georgia. This role is based in Augusta, GA, with a hybrid option requiring 1–2 office visits per month.

The Transportation Project Manager will oversee all facets of project delivery, from pursuing new opportunities to managing schedules, budgets, and quality control, while mentoring staff and maintaining client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in GA or ability to obtain.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation design projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee design teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify new markets and manage client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations.
• Mentor and guide technical staff.
