Career Collective is seeking a Project Manager to lead municipal and transportation engineering projects in Georgia. You will oversee planning, design, and construction, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams with municipalities, regulators, consultants, and contractors.

The role requires strong leadership, client management, and proficiency in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling. PE licensure is preferred or obtainable within 12 months. Join a team focused on meaningful public infrastructure delivery.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience managing municipal and/or transportation engineering projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure within 12 months.
• Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software such as PCSWMM, HydroFlow, or comparable programs.
• Strong understanding of municipal design standards and regulatory permitting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal and transportation engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring client expectations are met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, municipalities, regulatory agencies, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Oversee permitting activities and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate project activities throughout all phases of design and construction.
