Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transportation engineering or related field.
• PE license or Professional Surveyor license.
• Experience with WVDOH, AML, and USACE required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of transportation projects.
• Coordinate work of engineers and balance project delivery team.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing and proposals.
• Participate in reviews with agencies for code compliance.
• Coordinate design development and contract documents with other disciplines.
• Track and manage project budgets.
• Mentor staff.
• Utilize software applications (MicroStation, Open Roads, Civil-3D) with minimal guidance.
