Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transportation project management.
• Professional Engineer license or Professional Surveyor license is preferred.
• Experience with WVDOH, AML, and USACE is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of transportation projects.
• Coordinate work of engineers and balance the project delivery team.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing and proposals.
