Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks a Senior Highway Project Manager to lead our roadway design team across West Virginia, with reports possible to Scott Depot or Morgantown offices. The role focuses on client relations, project delivery, and team mentorship.

The candidate should have 10–15 years in roadway design, a Civil Engineering degree, and preferred registration in WV, OH, and KY. A strong leadership mindset and ability to manage budgets and schedules are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10–15 years in roadway design.
• Professional registration preferred (WV, OH, KY).

Responsibilities

• Lead highway design team across WV and neighboring states.
• Develop designs responsive to project needs and schedules.
