Qualifications

• Be a registered California Professional Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of civil engineering and PM experience on transportation projects.
• Ability to manage clients and engage stakeholders technically.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and Caltrans discussions during project execution.
• Develop, negotiate, monitor scope, schedules, budgets.
• Oversee and review technical deliverables to standards.
• Mentor junior staff and promote a high-performance culture.
• Lead monthly financial reporting and market additional work.
