McClure Engineering Company is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to lead our Transportation team, serving as the primary point on a variety of projects with a blend of leadership and technical expertise to ensure successful completion.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare budgets and proposals, and strive for on-time, on-budget results while contributing to the firm\'s profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–10 years of Project Management experience.
• Professional Engineering License in Iowa, Missouri and/or Kansas preferred.
• Strong understanding of good project management procedures.
• Sustained success at building new and maintaining existing client relationships.
• Proven track record for successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project groups as productive, cohesive teams contributing to profitability.
• Act as primary face of the project and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare fee estimates, write proposals, monitor budgets and manage contracts.
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
