Moffatt & Nichol in Chipley, FL is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead GEC projects for FDOT D3 design initiatives. You will oversee active design projects, serve as Functional Manager for FDOT D3 Operations, and coordinate scoping, constructability reviews, and time calculations.

A Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and Florida PE license are required, with 10+ years in DOT programs; strong communication and independent work style essential.

• Professional Engineering License in Florida is required.
• 10+ years of experience on state DOT transportation projects (PD&E, Planning, Design, CEI, Maintenance, etc.).

We are actively looking for a Senior Transportation Project Manager to join our Chipley office supporting the FDOT D3 General Engineering Consultant contract. The senior project manger will serve as GEC Project Manager on active FDOT D3 Design Projects and serve as the Functional Manager supporting FDOT D3 Operations (Construction, Maintenance, Traffic Ops and Materials). The desired candidate has extensive experience and relationships with FDOT.

Qualifications:
