Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Washington, Idaho, or Oregon Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in Transportation and Highway engineering, leading projects or teams.
• Experience with successful projects involving Western Federal Lands, WSDOT, ITD, ODOT, or similar agencies.
• Knowledge of federal and state design guidelines.
• Strong networks in the Washington, Idaho, and Oregon transportation markets.

Salary range: $140,700 - $229,000, determined by location, skills, experience, and education.
