WSP USA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Transportation team in Lexington, KY or Louisville, KY. You will build and grow a local team of engineers to tackle complex Kentucky transportation projects, mentored by a global firm with strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include leading design teams, providing technical guidance from preliminary design to contract documentation, and driving business development while upholding WSP's Code of Conduct.

Formación

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional Engineer’s License in Kentucky.
• Hands-on OpenRoads Designer experience.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow a local engineering team in KY.
• Lead tasks and design teams through transportation projects.
• Provide technical expertise across design stages and cost estimates.
