Job summary

DRMP seeks a Senior Project Manager to expand our roadway practice across the Tampa Bay and Florida Gulf Coast region. You will lead complex transportation projects for FDOT, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, and other agencies, while strengthening client relationships and guiding pursuits.

You will mentor staff, contribute to strategic growth, and ensure successful project delivery with a collaborative leadership approach. This role is based in Clearwater, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and PE license.
• 15–20+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
• Experience managing major roadway projects for FDOT, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, tolling authorities or major municipal clients.
• Familiarity with Florida transportation procurement and project delivery processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic growth by strengthening client relationships and pursuing opportunities.
• Lead proposal development, technical proposals and interviews.
• Serve as Project Manager for complex roadway projects and ensure scope, schedule and budget adherence.
• Mentor junior staff and foster technical excellence within the team.
• Deliver high-quality project execution and responsive client service.
